Entered the American market with first projects in Texas and plans to develop both low-rise and high-rise properties across the country. Bringing our decade of expertise in large-scale, community-focused developments to the U.S., we adapt our proven approach to meet local needs.
Expansion to the U.S.
Launched major projects: a residential district of 52 buildings, two business centers, a medical center, and a multi-tower 20-story residential complex — demonstrating our expertise in delivering large-scale high-rise developments.
Large-Scale Developments
Built a new primary school wing, supported low-income families, and equipped Kazakhstan’s first Armed Forces PCR laboratory during the pandemic.
Social Responsibility
Completed multiple multi-story residential complexes. Integrated schools, kindergartens, clinics, and other essential infrastructure into our projects.
Scaling Up
The journey of SABA GROUP began in 2013 with the idea of building a comfortable home for young people. The first residential complex was named accordingly — "The Dream".
First Residential Complex
We started our U.S. operations in Texas for its rapid growth, strong economy, and investor-friendly climate. With two residential projects already under construction in Houston, we are building a foundation for nationwide expansion.
In the near future, SABA GROUP will enter other states, including key metropolitan areas, developing everything from low-rise neighborhoods to high-rise buildings.
